Corporate Events: Partner’s Dinner at The Savoy

Held in on of London’s most iconic venues, The Savoy, in 2015 corporate events management company Mango Pie designed an elegant and sophisticated dinner for corporate lawyers Herbert Smith Freehills. The event was to mark the retirement of one of the key partners, so we wanted to make the dinner an unforgettable celebration for guests. We brought in a series of acoustic live music professionals to create an atmosphere the Savoy deserves. Mixed with plenty of flowing champagne, and a stunning environment, guests enjoyed their reception before heading through for dinner.

At Mango Pie we love event management and we never shy away from designs which are slightly out of the ordinary for our corporate events, and the Partners Dinner was certainly no exception. As guests headed through to the ballroom, there were greeted to a room with 16 different floral arrangements, in 8 different colours ranging from lime green to cerise pink to deep burgundy. The variety of centrepieces became the focus of the design, meaning the other elements were blissfuly discrete, giving the florals the attention they deserved.

We’re always aware of the weight of responsibility we have to make an event as important as this for our clients go off with a bang and we were delighted with the feedback we got from client and guests on how much they enjoyed the evening.
