Our Process, Simplified

Our comprehensive event management service takes you from the design to the delivery of your special event. With over ten years experience in organising corporate events, weddings, parties and product launches, our expertise in event management is hard to beat.

Managing an event can be time-consuming and, if there are any unexpected hitches, stressful! Employing a professional event manager means you can focus completely on the event, your guests and the purpose of the event, safe in the knowledge that every aspect is being taken care of behind the scenes. We become a seamless and integral part of your team while the event is being planned and managed.

Our Promise To You

We will manage all of the event supplier and on-site meetings including all menu tastings with your selected or short-listed caterers. We coordinate and manage the entire event logistics and take over the management of the venue and the associated venue suppliers.

Our event management service has been perfected over our ten years in business organising some of the top corporate events in London. The service includes all site visits (we can find you the perfect venue if you haven’t already found one) as well as collating and negotiating all the contracts and quotes for the event.

Our Input On The Day

On the day of your event itself we will completely manage all aspects of the setup, including liaising with the many suppliers and then overseeing all the de-rigs for the venue. We conclude our event management service for corporate events with a full debriefing of the project.

Our mission as event managers is to entirely manage the event leaving you able to focus on your guests  – and to enjoy the special event you have created with our help.

 Venue sourcing – Presenting a minimum three suitable venues
 Quoting – Receive quotes from suppliers, and take care of the back and forth.
 Site Visits – Via video if clients are abroad or unavailable
 On site management of all suppliers
